KAREN’S COPPER
Copper care
A little care goes a long way
After wearing your jewelry, wipe it with a soft, dry cloth. Store pieces separately in a dry place, away from direct moisture.
For a brighter finish
Start with a soft polishing cloth suitable for copper. For plain, uncoated copper only, a little lemon juice can help lift tarnish. Rinse promptly and dry thoroughly. Avoid this method on stones, glued details, coatings or mixed materials unless the product’s instructions allow it.
Everyday habits
- Put jewelry on after lotions, perfume and sunscreen have dried.
- Remove before swimming, bathing, exercise or cleaning.
- Avoid abrasive pads, chlorine and harsh chemicals.
- Adjust open cuffs and rings gently; avoid repeated bending.
If a piece causes irritation, remove it and stop wearing it.
