Help with your order

If a piece is not right for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return and receive instructions. Include your order number and the item you wish to return.

Preparing a return

Keep the item and its packaging while your request is reviewed. Do not send a parcel to an unconfirmed return address. Return eligibility, shipping arrangements and any applicable charges will be explained before you send it.

Damaged or incorrect items

Contact us promptly if your order arrives damaged or contains the wrong item. Include photographs of the item and packaging to help us resolve the issue.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional processing time.
