Your delivery address

Use a complete address, including apartment or unit information and the correct postal code. Contact us promptly if you notice an error after placing an order; changes depend on whether dispatch has already started.

Tracking your parcel

When tracking is provided, the shipment confirmation contains a link to the carrier’s updates. Tracking may take time to show the first scan.

Delays or missing deliveries

Check the carrier’s status and any delivery notes first. If your parcel appears lost or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and relevant photographs so the issue can be reviewed.

Collection promotions and shipping thresholds must be confirmed in the order summary. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed.
